INGREDIENTS 
50ml Copper Dog Whisky
30ml Pink grapefruit juice

GLASS & GARNISH
Wedge of grapefruit and sage sprig
Glass or Julep jug

METHOD  
1. Half fill with crushed ice.
2. Add grapefruit juice and Copper Dog.  
3. Stir, top with crushed ice and stir again. 
4. Crown with crushed ice.
