INGREDIENTS

50ml Copper Dog whisky
5 drops Angostura bitters
3 Orange wedges
10ml sugar 
Soda to top up

GLASS & GARNISH

METHOD

1. Muddle 3 orange wedges with sugar.
2. Add cubed ice, Copper Dog and Angostura bitters.
3. Stir and top up with soda.
