Katlist Limited provides this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures concerning the collection, use and disclosure of the personal information we receive and collect from users of getitinkd.com (the “Site”).

The legal basis for processing of your personal data is performance of a contract with you, cf. General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), article 6 (1) (b), or our legitimate interests, such as administering your inquiries in an appropriate way and due time, cf. GDPR, article 6 (1) (f).

We collect your personal information when you interact with us or use our services, such as when you use our Site to place an order. We also look at how visitors use our Site, to help us improve our services and optimise customer experience.

  • We collect your email address used to login to your PayPal account or other financial accounts to make payments when you place an order with us.
  • We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
  • In addition to this, we may use third party services that collect, monitor and analyse this type of information with the purpose of increasing our Site’s functionality and user-friendliness, to better tailor it to our visitors’ needs, and in some cases to detect suspicious activity.   • We adopt robust technologies and policies to ensure the personal information we hold about you is suitably protected.
  • We take steps to protect your information from unauthorised access and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage.
  • Where you have chosen a password that allows you to access certain parts of the Site you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We advise you not to share your password with anyone.
