INGREDIENTS
60ml Casamigos Anejo Tequila
30ml Pineapple Juice
15ml Freshly Lime juice
15ml Simple Syrup
8-10 Cilantro leaves
Optional: 1/2 Thick Rim sugar, Cilantro salt (equal parts)
GLASS & GARNISH
2 Pineapple leaves
Rocks glass with ice
METHOD
1. Combine and shake vigorously for 8-10 secs.
2. Strain into rocks glass.
