The Customer may cancel the Order at any time up to two working days after the Order was placed with the exclusion of Orders which include personalised graphics and or messages in which case clause 9.6 or 10.6 of our terms and conditions will apply. The Customer may return the Goods to INKD at the cost and risk of the Customer. Any return must be made within 5 working days of delivery of the Goods. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund. Returns to INKD are processed within 14 days of receipt of (i) the notification of the Customer's cancellation of the order or (ii) of the returned merchandise, whichever is later. A confirmation e-mail will be sent once your return has been processed and your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilised for payment.
If the product delivered is returned due to an error by INKD all costs will be refunded. If the customer has chosen to change their mind and return their product all delivery costs remain the responsibility of the customer
Withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for orders of customised products. In this case all sales are final. Orders which include personalised graphics are defined and fall under clause 9.6 or 10.6 of our terms and conditions
