30ml Earl Grey Sake
15ml Cherry Herring
25ml Yuzu Juice 
15ml Pomegranate Juice
2 Rhubarb Bitters

GLASS & GARNISH
Pomegranate seeds 
Rocks glass

METHOD  
1.Add all ingredients to shaker.
2. Throw until drink is chilled enough.
