10ml Pedro Ximénez sherry
5ml Poire Williams Eau de Vie (dry)

3 drops drops Peychauds Bitters

GLASS & GARNISH
Whisky tumbler

METHOD  
1. Build all ingredients in a bespoke whisky tumbler and gently stir.
