 300+ Likes Ciroc Social Competition Terms and Conditions (the "Promotion")

  1. The Promotion is open to all residents of Great Britain aged 18 or over.
  2. Employees of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, their families and anyone deemed to be professionally involved with or connected to the Promotion are not permitted to enter the Promotion.
  3. In Great Britain, internet access and an Instagram account is required to enter.
  4. To enter the Promotion, purchase a 300+ likes cocktail at a Boujee, Firefly, Dakota, Menagerie, Kettle Black, Aqua, Yuki by Tabu, The Windmill or MNKY HSE venue, take a photo of your cocktail and post it with the hashtag #300LIKES on Instagram as well as following and tagging @CirocVodka and tag in the post the venue where you purchased the cocktail, as per the list below. In doing this you will be entered into the Promotion and be in with a chance to win a personalised 70cl bottle of Ciroc Summer Citrus.
  5. In order for the Promotion entry to be valid likes must be made visible and the posting profile must be publically viewable.

  1. Each prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value. The Promoter’s partner, INKD will endeavour to deliver your prize within 3 days from the date that you claimed your prize but please be aware that delivery could take up to 28 days. The prize will be delivered by courier who, upon delivery, will require a signature from an adult aged 18 years of age or over. Prizes will only be delivered to a registered address in Great Britain.
  2. The prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the Instagram handle used to post the photo and enter the Promotion. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the Instagram handle by Meta Inc..


  1. Submissions entered into the Promotion must be original, created by the entrant and not copied from any other work or material.
  2. By entering into the Promotion, you grant to the Promoter a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty free licence to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format, sub-licence or exploit your entry including (but not limited to) the right to publish your image and (if applicable) your post (including your Facebook, Instagram or Twitter name) entered into the Promotion in any media at all times without restriction or limitation.
  3. By entering the Promotion, you waive the right to be credited when your entry is displayed and irrevocably and unconditionally waive other moral rights relating to the use of your entry.
  4. You promise that: (i) you have the right to grant the licence set out in paragraph 15; (ii) the entry entered into the Promotion is an original image created by you and has not been copied from any other work or material; and (iii) the entry entered into the Promotion or anything within it does not require any permission from anyone else for it to be used in the Promotion (including any permission to use the design for commercial purposes).
  5. If the Promoter suspects that any image submitted as an entry to the Promotion may breach any third party intellectual property rights, your entry will be discarded and will be disqualified at the Promoter's discretion.
  6. The Promoter is not responsible for any expenses incurred in the production and delivery of an image which is entered into the Promotion.


  1. Image Entry Content Restrictions: Entries into the Promotion will be rejected/deleted and will not be deemed valid entries for the purposes of this Promotion if in the opinion of the Promoter, they:


  • contain any content that is offensive, inappropriate, indecent or could reflect negatively on the name, reputation, or goodwill of the Promoter, its products, its brands or any brand partner of the Promoter;
  • include trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material not owned by the entrant or used without the right holder's prior written permission (including famous names, company names, etc.);
  • defame, misrepresent, or insult other people or companies, including, but not limited to the Promoter (including its partners);
  • promote any political agenda;
  • contain or depict someone smoking or intoxicated;
  • violate or infringe another’s rights, including without limitation, privacy or intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyright infringement);
  • contain or depict or promote underage or irresponsible drinking;
  • feature any person or third party who appears to be under 25;
  • contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
  • contain any unacceptable clothing or adornments, or displays any commercial/corporate advertising other than that of the Promoter (including but not limited to corporate logos, brand names, trademarks, slogans, political, personal and religious statements);
  • contain indecent or unsafe behaviour or situations, profanities or obscenities, including but not limited to nudity, or pornography, or is otherwise inappropriate, indecent, immoral, profane, obscene, hateful, tortuous, slanderous or libellous;
  • condone or encourage violent or anti-social behaviour;
  • reference persons or organisations without their written permission;
  • disparage any persons or organisations;
  • include threats to any person, place, business or group;
  • are unlawful, in violation of or contrary to any applicable laws and/or regulations;
  • are contrary to or in violation of any provision of these terms and conditions;
  • represent a danger to health and safety or causes fear or distress; or
  • are otherwise offensive or in bad taste.
  1. Failure of any entry to comply with the above “Image Entry Content Restrictions,” as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion, may result in deletion and disqualification of the relevant entry without notice. Without limitation, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to delete and disqualify any entry that, in its sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Promoter, the Promotion or any other person or entity, does not comply with these terms and conditions or the spirit of the Promotion, or if the Promoter receives notification about any potential infringements or breaches of law or for any other reason set out in these terms and conditions. Entries must be suitable for presentation in a public forum, in the sole determination of the Promoter.
  2. The Promotion and the Promoter's Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. By entering into the Promotion, entrants release Facebook, Instagram and Twitter from all and any claims and liabilities which might arise in relation to the Promotion. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. The information you provide will only be used for communications associated with this Promotion in accordance with these terms and conditions or for further communications if you have specifically opted into receiving these.
  3. The Promoter will use your personal information only in accordance with these terms and conditions and its privacy policy which can be found at The Promoter will only use your personal information for the purpose of carrying out the Promotion. Where the Promoter is not responsible for the fulfilment of or delivery of the prize, the Promoter shall share your personal information with INKD who is responsible for the fulfilment of and delivery of the prize.
  4. Subject to paragraph 23 and without prejudice to the Promoter's data protection obligations under relevant law, the Promoter shall make available, upon receipt of a written request (which includes a stamped addressed envelope for such a response) to Ciroc (300+ Likes) 61 Rochester Pl, London NW1 9JU, the winner’s surnames and counties for a period of 3 months after the close date of the Promotion.
  5. Entrants to the Promotion can, at any time (including at or before the time of entry), object to all or some of their personal information being made available in accordance with paragraph 24 by emailing to However, the Promoter shall provide the information set out in paragraph 24 upon request from such competent authorities (including without limitation the Advertising Standards Authority).
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or terminate (temporarily or permanently) these terms and conditions or the Promotion with or without prior notice where it becomes necessary to do so due to any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud or in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity).
  7. No correspondence will be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Promotion is final.
  8. The Promoter and its agents accept no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason or difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this Promotion and proof of submission will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
  9. The Promoter is not responsible for computer or network problems, problems with servers, other programming, electronic or technological failures/errors/malfunctions of any kind (including but not limited to filtering by or operation of the functionality of Instagram, Twitter or Facebook) or the failure to receive any posts or inability to contact the potential prize winner for any reason whatsoever.
  10. While nothing in these termsand conditions will limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the Promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the Promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to the Promotion or which are caused by a third party.
  11. This Promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the non- exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
  12. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this Promotion.
