35ml CÎROC White Grape
20ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
10ml Peach Liqueur
75ml Bergamot Soda
3-4 Muddled Raspberries
Gold Paint & Raspberry Garnish

GLASS & GARNISH
Raspberries and mint
Hurricane glass

METHOD  
Muddle 3-4 Raspberries in shaker tin
Shake all ingredients with cubed ice
Top Bergamot Soda in the highball
Finish with a Raspberry for garnish
