25ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
15ml Honey 15ml Ginger Cordial
50ml French Dessert Wine
50ml Sparkling Water
GLASS & GARNISH
Grapes, orange zest studded with cloves and fragrant local herbs
METHOD
1. Pour into glass over ice
